Who Is Kenny?
I’m a full stack web developer with an eye for design. I graduated with a B.A. in Digital Media (Web Design) from the University of Central Florida and completed a full MERN stack coding boot camp from Northwestern University. My current development toolkit includes using Javascript, NodeJS, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Express and CSS–however, I’m quick to pick up new languages.
Apart from the technical aspects, my strengths include multitasking, communication and time management. Because of this, I thrive working under a collaborative and fast-paced agile environment. I’m familiar with industry standard workflows and follow best practices based on my experience as a web designer. Although that role has been fulfilling, my interest leans more toward the problem-solving mindset that flourishes in development and I’m ready to use my new skills to build better and more meaningful experiences on the web.

Tripsight is a MERN stack application that is a one stop shop for all things travel, content, pictures for planning future travel or just getting your fix of far off places! It allows the user to create an account, post blogs and search other users blogs.

Good Neighbor
GoodNeighbor is a web app that is based solely on the idea of people helping people around their communities, based on Pyotr Kropotkin Mutual Aid. With the web app you are able to exchange services and messages via the dashboard when you create an account. This app is built with full CRUD fuctionality and uses MYSQL for the database.

Domu
Domu is a neighborhood restaurant and bar that offered house made noodles, creative takes on small plates and seasonal cocktails. I decided to take on this personal project and redesign there current site. I felt that I could give a diferent design spin on it, improve the user experience and a more friendly experience.
